ARRMA 1/12 Infraction Grom 3S Brushless Street Basher
I have to give ARRMA (and Losi) credit for continuing to find new and creative ways to use their 1/12-scale Grom platform for new releases. The latest entry in ARRMA's 1/12-scale Grom lineup is the Infraction Grom 3S. Built for speed, this smaller-scale on-road basher sports an aggressive-yet-sleek body design, aerodynamically tuned for speed and performance.
More than just a scaled-down version of the 1/7 and 1/8 ARRMA Infraction, the Infraction Grom features a body that includes several aero aspects to help it stay stuck to the ground, even at high speed. The grille and rear tailgate area are vented to allow air to flow through the body, while additional paneling, plus a front splitter and rear spoiler that help keep this truck planted to the pavement.
The body uses a clipless mounting system, which means the exterior remains sleek, smooth, and free from any exposed body posts and clips. Several body color schemes are available to choose from, including white/blue/gold, red/black, yellow/black, and a Horizon Hobby exclusive iridescent blue/black.
The Infraction Grom is powered by a 4350KV brushless Spectrum Firma motor that's paired with a Spectrum SLT 2-in-1 40A Brushless ESC/Receiver.
Where the rubber meets the road, you'll find a set of dBoots Hoons tires mounted to black, five-spoke wheels that feature a removable wheel face.
