Team Associated has announced another new model into their 1/28-scale lineup, the CR28 Ready-to-Run. A bit different than their other “28” series models, this little machine is a pint-sized trail truck.
This two-wheel drive rig is powered by a LiPo battery and shares the same transmitter-based charging system as its brethren. Its compact size and ultra light weight (100.6g) should make it a fun, “take anywhere and drive” machine when you need to squeeze in a little hobby time.
While I haven’t seen any views of the chassis, I’d imagine that it’s based on Team Associated’s other 1/28-scale vehicles but not entirely identical. This tiny truck features tall tires and wheels that should help it motor over indoor and outdoor obstacles.
