Little Guy Racing Parts Rolls Out Upgrades for the Axial SCX30

When I think of small-scale crawling upgrades, one name always shoots to the top of that list: Little Guy Racing Parts. Since the release of the Axial SCX30, I've wondered whether this performance-focused outfitter would offer any upgrade items.

Better late than never, LGRP has recently launched its first wave of upgrade parts for the SCX30, with more on the way.

To start things off, they've introduced Long Travel (28mm) Shocks, an Axle Worm Gear Set, and a set of Steel Driveshafts for the SCX30. But that's not all; they've posted placeholders for two yet-to-be-released tire options: a set of Black Label MT tires and a set of Trail King M/T2 tires.

Personally, I hope this is just the tip of the iceberg, and we see even more SCX30 options from Little Guy Racing Parts. Can you imagine some of their 1.0" wheels scaled down to 1/30-scale? I can!
