HPI Nano-TTR 1/64 1969 Ford Mustang RTR-X

By: Tim Gluth

HPI is taking the small-scale concept to the extreme with its new Nano-TTR Table Top Racer. This 1/64-scale, rear-wheel-drive R/C car will let you bring the fun of the hobby just about anywhere.

Featuring a replica body of Vaughn Gittin Jr's 1969 Ford Mustang RTR-X, this tiny radio-controlled car can liven up any table or countertop with hobby-grade steering and throttle performance.

This ready-to-run (RTR) model features a clipless body mounting system that makes accessing the internals (and eventually swapping bodies) as easy as possible. Powered by a 1S LiPo battery, HPI is claiming up to 45 minutes of run time on a single charge.

Speaking of charging, the Nano-TTR can be charged via a 2A USB charging block with a USB-C cable that plugs into the bottom of the car. Other highlights of the Nano-TTR include LED lights and a full-size 2.4GHz radio transmitter.

Specs:

  • Length: 70mm
  • Width: 32mm
  • Height: 22mm
  • Wheelbase: 42mm
  • Running weight: 22g

The Nano-TTR is priced at $129.99 for the full RTR package and will be available through HPI dealers. Learn more about this ultra-small-scale R/C model at hpiracing.com and pre-order tay from the following online hobby shops:
