FMS is Prepping a Brushless, 18th Anniversary Edition FCX24 Chevy K5 Blazer

By: Tim Gluth

FMS is celebrating its 18th anniversary with a few fun surprises. Their 18th Anniversary Sale can land you some great deals on select radio-controlled aircraft, but their tease of an upcoming small-scale crawler release is what I'm the most excited about.

In the not-too-distant future, FMS will unveil the full details of their FCX24 Chevrolet K5 Pro RTR 18th Anniversary Brushless Edition trail truck. The FCX24 Chevy K5 Blazer is one of my favorite small-scale crawlers, and the thought of a brushless version brings a huge smile to my face.

The FCX24 K5 Pro appears to have a brushless motor, and it also sports two new color schemes with matte blue and matte red finishes. There also appears to be 18th Anniversary-inspired graphics (or at the very least decals) included with this model.

Complete details have yet to be announced, but I'm looking forward to finding out what this rig has packed under its hood.
