Unboxing: Lollipop Toys 1/24-scale Corvette CR6 [Video]

In a moment of parenting success, my two oldest children chose radio-controlled cars as part of their Cub Scout popcorn-selling prizes this year. On top of that, they choose some fun vehicles, so I wanted them to share their thoughts on these machines as they unboxed them. Today, we’re taking a closer look at the Lollipop Toys Corvette CR6. This is a 1/24-scale vehicle that features working head and taillights, as well as full forward/reverse control and steering.
On the electronics side, with this being a toy car, the radio frequency is 27MHz, so you’re limited to how many vehicles you can drive alongside it at the same time. But don’t let the possible frequency-interference worry you, as you could run a 49MHz vehicle as well as multiple 2.4GHz machines at the same time.
The overall scale details on this car are very nice, and I like the fact that there the car doesn’t have an exposed antennae tube, as you’ll find with many other toy radio-controlled cars. In-short, this should be another fun machine to drive around indoors and let some imaginations run wild.
