Redcat's Ascent-18 Scout II is one fun machine. Right out of the box, you can take this tiny truck out on the trail or putter around your living room, and you're sure to have a blast.
It's so much fun, in fact, that I decided to buy a second Ascent-18 Scout II after playing around with the review rig that the Redcat folks hooked me up with. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
Before that second rig hit the trail, I took my blue-bodied Scout II out for another spin on my front yard course. Watching this rig do its thing is certainly satisfying, as you can see from this video.
