Losi Takes Over JR Motorsports & Richard Childress Racing with Their Latest NASCAR RC Cars [Video]

The Losi NASCAR RC Car is one model that I've had my eyes on since it was first announced. As a life-long NASCAR and motorsport fan, the idea of ripping around my driveawy with a 1/12-scale replica NASCAR race car is very appealing.
If that wasn't enough to make me pull the trigger on one (or more) of these machines, the release of two new "fantasy" models based on Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. has me hovering over the "buy" button now more than ever.
Both of these cars feature well-known paint schemes driven by the Earnhardts at some point in their careers. Under the hood, you'll find an all-wheel-drive radio-controlled car chassis built for durability and expansion, making this an excellent option for new and experienced hobbyists alike.
To celebrate the rollout of these two new cars, the folks at Horizon Hobby and Losi took a trip to North Carolina to visit the race shops of JR Motorsports and Richard Childress Racing. Check out footage from their visit and see what these new NASCAR RC cars look like in action:
Losi's NASCAR RC Car "Fantasy" Earnhardt Collection:
- Dale Earnhardt #3 GM Goodwrench Plus Chevrolet Camaro - $209.99
- Dale Earnhardt Jr $8 Budweiser Chevrolet Camaro - $209.99
These new fantasy models, along with the rest of the 2025 NASCAR Losi RC Car lineup, are priced at $209.99 and are available for purchase at horizonhobby.com.
