KarnageRCGear Releases a 3D-Printable Jeep XJ Body for the SCX30

Are you looking for a new look for your Axial SCX30? If you own or have access to a 3D printer, KarnageRCGear has released a printable Jeep Cherokee XJ body with a handful of configurable options.

The downloadable file pack features two body options, one with fenders and one without, plus files for a roof rack, two styles of front grilles, a rear bumper, interior, side mirrors, headlight and taillight lenses, and more.

The body uses a built-in mounting system that's compatible with the SCX30 chassis, so no modification of the chassis is needed. KarnageRCGear notes that printing in softer filaments like PLA may cause the front mount clips to break on the body, so an alternative, magnet-mount can be printed and attached to the chassis.

I'm currently printing this body in both PLA and PETG, and I look forward to seeing how this body holds up to repeated attachments.
