Carisma GT24RS Brushless Retro Rally Car

I stumbled across something new when browsing Carisma's website recently; a new 1/24-scale, brushless rally car. The GT24RS is a retro-inspired rocket that captures the essence of rally car styling from the '70s and early '80s and places it in the palm of your hand. Literally.

Powered by an 8000kv brushless motor, this small-scale rally car appears to be based on the same platform as the Carisma GT24 Hyundai and Subaru rally cars. Powered by a 7.2 NiMh battery pack, this car should have no trouble kicking up dust and creating excitement.

Black, multi-spoke wheels and knobby tires finish off this car's overall aesthetic, which has an old-school charm about it that I appreciate. The entire ready-to-run (RTR) package includes the GT24RS, a 2.4GHz radio transmitter (with four "AA" batteries), a NiMh battery pack, and a USB charger.
