When I think of small-scale R/C models, one brand that often comes to mind is LaTrax. While they’ve been relatively quiet throughout 2019, they have released two new color options for their 1/18-scale Desert Prerunner.
While the underlying setup of this truck remains the same, including Traxxas iD battery tech, the Desert Prerunner sports either a red and black or blue and black color scheme, each with its own stunning graphics layout.
Although this truck has been on the market for a number of years, I still pause to look at it whenever I’m in one of my local hobby shops. Whether you’re a fan of 1:1 desert truck racing or simply want a fun radio-controlled truck to race indoors or out, this is a solid option.
