Continuing their rollout of smaller-scale radio-controlled machines, Team Associated has introduced the predecessor of their discontinued Rival Mini Monster Truck. The new model, the Rival 1/18 Monster Truck is, like the original, a ready-to-run (RTR) model that features a brushed motor, oil-filled shocks, and beefy tires to help you over the terrain.
The difference in this model appears to come from the Reedy Powered electronics and XP radio (2.4GHz) radio that Rival 1/18 Monster Truck is paired with. Another in the line of Qualifier Series radio-controlled machines, this new model appears to be a fun option for R/C enthusiasts that are looking for a good, all-around truck that can be driven just about anywhere.
