Rounding out the latest from Team Associated and their Qualifier Series small-scale additions is the Reflex, a 1/18 ready-to-run (RTR) buggy. Along with its relatives the Rival 1/18 Monster Truck and the Apex 1/18 Touring Car, the Reflex seems right at home with these other smaller-scale R/C machines.
Using the same base configuration as the other new Qualifier Series additions, the Reflex is powered by a 370-size brushed motor and also includes oil-filled shocks, a 2.4GHz radio system, and a Reedy Powered, water-resistant ESC and receiver. All of these components provide the foundation for what appears to be a fun, all-around radio-controlled buggy.
